Cost Category (Main Group) एवं Cost Center (Under Item)         

किसी भी कंपनी में Income एवं Expenses दोनो होते है Income एवं Expenses को अलग-अलग Divide करने के लिए cost category एवं cost center का उपयोग किया जाता है।

Press F11- Accounting Features

Cost/Profits Center management

a.     Maintain cost centers- yes

b.     Maintain more than one payroll or cost category – Yes

Ctrl + A से Accept करे।

इसके बाद निम्‍न step follow करे।

Single cost category- Create

Cost Summary- Overall जो खर्च हुआ है वह show होगा।

Cost centre break-up – इसमें हम item wise details देख सकते है।

Ledger Break-up- Ledger wise details देख सकते है।

Group Break-up- Ledger के Group के अनुसार details देख सकते है।
